Sound Baths
Crystal singing bowls and deep rest. A reset for a frazzled nervous system, and you get to do it surrounded by other people.
Yoga
Unhurried, breath-led movement for every kind of body. Come for the stretch, stay for the calm.
Community Events
Gatherings that bring people into the same room. Sound circles, seasonal celebrations, and whatever we dream up next.
Private Sessions
One-on-one sound and yoga, shaped around you. Lovely for individuals, couples, or a small group of friends.
